release of the Nouveau Beaujolais wines. The world celebrates<br />
the release of these wines each year with France on the third<br />
Thursday of November. The harvesting of the grapes took place<br />
on September 8-22. Be among the first in Dallas to enjoy this<br />
year&#8217;s vintage with Lawry&#8217;s and guest speaker Kim Merrill of<br />
Republic Beverages. Featured menu items and wine pairings<br />

<p>What:     To celebrate Lawry&#8217;s The Prime Rib&#8217;s 25th anniversary in Dallas, Lawry&#8217;s               has selected four legendary masters of cuisine to feature during its               Master Culinary dinner series. In this series, Executive Chef Matt Melton               and his culinary team are recreating dishes designed by Anthony               Bourdain, who is best known for being Chef-at-Large of Brasserie Les               Halles in Manhattan, critically acclaimed author of both fiction               and non-fiction, and for his Emmy nominated television program               &#8220;No Reservations.&#8221; The Bourdain menu will feature the following items:</p>
