GROUP’S AUSTIN STUDIO ANNOUNCES TWO NEW HIRES
AUSTIN, Texas, March 19, 2008 –
SHW Group, one of the largest educational architecture and design
firms in the U.S., has added two new employees to its Austin studio
- Scott Wilcox and Joshua Lee.
Scott Wilcox joined SHW Group as studio leader for
the Austin office overseeing both higher education and K-12 design
studios. Prior to joining SHW Group, Wilcox spent three years as a
consultant and partner at 3XT, Inc., in Atlanta, where he provided
project management services for large residential and commercial
development projects. Wilcox’s responsibilities in the Austin studio
include operations, staff and financial management. He received his
Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University in
Atlanta.
Joshua Lee, LEED® AP, joined the firm as an intern
architect. Prior to joining SHW Group, Lee lectured for the School
of Architecture at Clemson University and served as the Assistant
Director of the University’s Restoration Institution. Lee received
his Master of Architecture with an emphasis on sustainable design
from the University of Texas at Austin.
