five-course exotic dinner prepared by Lawry’s Executive Chef,

Bahamian Conch Salad with black pepper
vinaigrette; Tommy Bahama White Sand
served with flute of Steve’s Tropical Punch

Escovitch Wahoo, marinated Wahoo slowly braised and served

Broiled Pork Tenderloin complimented with a spiced guava chutney
