LAWRY’S THE PRIME RIB HOSTS CULINARY MASTER DINNER WITH DISHES FROM AWARD-WINNING RESTAURANT OWNER THOMAS KELLER
Celebrate Lawry’s 25th anniversary in Dallas and indulge in a palate-pleasing dinner

What:              To celebrate Lawry’s The Prime Rib’s 25th anniversary in Dallas, Lawry’s has selected four legendary masters of cuisine to feature during its Master Culinary dinner series. In this series, Executive Chef Matt Melton and his culinary team are recreating dishes designed by Thomas Keller, who is best known for his award-winning California restaurant The French Laundry. He was also named best restaurant in the Americas by Restaurant Magazine. The menu will feature the following items:

·         Fruitwood Smoked Salmon, served warm with potato gnocchi and balsamic glaze

·         English Pea Soup, a puree of pea with white truffle oil parmesan crisps

·         Corsu Vecchiu, a delicate French cheese with spiced carrot salad and golden raisin reduction

·         “Yabba Dabba Do” roasted rib steak with yellow chanterelles, Pommes Anna and Bordelaise sauce

·         Lemon Sabayon pine nut tart with honeyed mascarpone

 

In addition, Matt Melton is also providing background information about Thomas Keller. Lawry’s is also offering four wine pairings for an additional $35 per guest, to enjoy with dinner.

 

Who:                Lawry’s The Prime Rib has been serving Dallas, bringing excellent cuisine and personable service, for more than 25 years. Guests can enjoy featured dinner entrees such as Chilean Sea Bass, Rib Eye Steaks, Filet Mignon and, of course, the Roasted Prime Rib that made the restaurant famous – from the smaller California Cut to the larger Dallas Cut.
