Rib is hosting a Oregon Wine Dinner that will feature five of
Oregon’s premier wines, along with a delightful five-course gourmet
meal from the creation of Lawry’s Executive Chef Matthew Melton and
his culinary team. Guests will be able to enjoy the following
entrees and wine parings:

Braised Shortrib Sliders on pâte á choux dressed with fresh
butter lettuce slaw; 2006 Willamette Valley
Vineyards Pinot Noir Whole Cluster.

Yellow
Squash and Hazelnut Soup; 2006 Willamette
Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris.
§
Baked
Mountain Quail complimented by a fresh melon jus reduction; 2006
Willamette Valley Vineyards Riesling.
§
Grilled Northwestern
Salmon with a sweet juniper sauce served with a bell pepper leek
sauté and smashed roasted garlic Yukon potatoes; 2005 Willamette
Valley Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir.
§
Vanilla Bean and Brown
Sugar Soufflé finished with a rum crème anglaise; 2004 Tualatin
Semi Sparking Muscat.

cuisine and personable service, for more than 20 years. Guests can
enjoy featured dinner entrees such as Chilean Sea Bass, Rib Eye
Steaks, Filet Mignon and, of course, the Roasted Prime Rib that made
us famous – from the smaller California Cut to the larger Dallas
Cut.
