menu offers breakfast, paninis, wrap and hearty sandwiches
DALLAS, October 17, 2007
- Celebrity Café & Bakery, a long-time Dallas favorite and best
known for its decorated iced sugar cookies, has launched a
new menu featuring new gourmet breakfast and new
lunch items, including wraps, paninis and fresh garden salads.
Breakfast is offered from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. with items featuring
granola, yogurt & berries, oatmeal and fruit, as well as five
healthy but hearty additions including:
§
Breakfast Scramblers
- Scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, mini muffin and sourdough
toast.
§
Cinnamon Raisin Apple French Toast
- Three slices of cinnamon raisin french toast topped with
caramelized apples and walnuts.
§
Egg Florentine Breakfast Sandwich
- Scrambled eggs, fresh spinach, bacon and sundried tomatoes topped
with swiss cheese served on sourdough toast.
§
Pomegranate Banana Pancakes
- Banana buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh bananas and pecans
served with pomegranate maple syrup and fresh fruit.
§
Southwest Breakfast Burrito
- Scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, green chili peppers and cheddar
cheese rolled in a flour tortilla and served with bacon, fresh fruit
and a mini muffin.
Celebrity also added delicious low-carb sandwiches,
paninis and wraps to the menu, including:

Roast Beef Panini
- Roast beef, caramelized onions, swiss cheese and
creamy horseradish sauce served on Italian bread and chips.
§
Roasted Chicken Sandwich
- Oven roasted chicken breast, provolone cheese,
lettuce, tomato and honey mustard dressing served on a toasted bun
with a cup of fruit.
§
Santa Barbara Sandwich
- Oven roasted turkey, monterey jack cheese, bacon, avocado, lettuce
and tomato served on marbled rye bread with a side of fresh fruit.
§
Chicken, Apple & Walnut Panini
- Roasted chicken, caramelized apples, walnuts,
provolone cheese and maple cider sauce with chips.
§
Santa Fe Low Carb Wrap
- Oven roasted chicken, monterey jack cheese, corn, lettuce, tomato
and ranch dressing on a whole wheat tortilla, served with fresh
fruit.
§
Turkey and Swiss Low Carb Wrap
- Oven roasted turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce and
tomato with honey mustard dressing on a whole wheat tortilla, served
with fresh fruit.
All sandwiches, paninis and wraps are served with
potato chips, an olive and veggie garnish and a fresh baked mini
muffin. The menu also incorporates two new fresh garden salads, the
Texas Chicken Caesar Salad and the Turkey Bistro Salad. All menu
selections range
from $5.99 - $8.99.
Celebrity Café & Bakery currently has nine locations in the
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, including Addison, Arlington,
Colleyville, Flower Mound, Frisco, Highland Park Village, Las
Colinas, North Dallas and Plano. Celebrity’s 10th location
is opening in December in Rockwall. Each location is open from 8
a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday; store hours on Sunday vary.
