After successful first market, West Dallas/North Oak Cliff mixed-use development adds six additional summer dates to its farmer’s market featuring fresh produce from Cox Farms Market, local chefs, artisans and music

What:            Taste of What’s to Come: A Farmer’s Market

After hosting a successful farmer’s market on its site, Sylvan | Thirty has added six additional summer dates for the popular event.

The Farmer’s Market will feature a sneak peek at the farm-fresh produce of Cox Farms Market, cooking demonstrations by 48 Nights chefs and a selection of jewelry, soaps and more from local artisans. Food trucks and live music will bring everyone together to explore the location and views of the Sylvan | Thirty development site.

When:          Every other Saturday, beginning June 18

(June 18, July 2, July 16, July 30, August 13, August 27)

Details: Cox Farms Market will be the anchor tenant at Sylvan | Thirty and will open in Fall 2012. The grocer will occupy the mixed-use development’s 11,000-square foot market space at the crossroads of north Oak Cliff and West Dallas.


Cox Farms Market is a third-generation, Texas family-owned grocer that specializes in farm fresh produce, natural, organic and whole foods, nutritional products and body care products. This will be Cox Farms Market’s second location in North Texas, joining its location on S. Main Street in Duncanville, which has been in business for 20 years.
