Beverage distributor also purchased 12 acres in south Austin for the future development of an 85,000-SF+ building

10 – Dallas-based Ben E. Keith Beverages, one of the largest beverage distributors in the United States, has leased a 41,000-square-foot facility in Austin as part of the company’s overall growth and continuing expansion into Central Texas. Located at 2325 East Ben White Blvd in Austin, the building was recently renovated to create 4,200 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of refrigerated space, 18,500 square feet of ambient space, and 3,300 square feet of POS storage. Forty-four employees are working out of the new distribution facility. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to be held on May 5.
Ben E. Keith Beverages previously leased two smaller properties at 3903 B Warehouse Row. Both the new and old properties were leased from Twin Oaks Associated, LTD.
Ben E. Keith Beverages has also purchased 12 acres on McKinney Falls Parkway in south Austin. Design plans are currently in the works to build a new 85,000-square-foot facility, which will include office space, refrigerated space, dry sales material storage space, ambient/control temperature storage space, drive-through space for sales car and delivery truck loading, dock doors for shipping and receiving, and more.
